About Jen

I started seriously exercising after my second child was born in 2000. I loved it right away! But realized that not everyone felt the same way about exercise as I did. I decided to become a personal trainer not only to share this feeling I felt with others, but to educate and help clients get to their goals faster and safer.
Fitness Classes

These indoor fitness classes are multi-level, which means anyone at any fitness level can participate. They are small classes with a maximum of 5 people and are taught by a registered personal trainer so you can learn how to exercise properly, safely and effectively.
The Studio

Personal training sessions are held in my private personal training studio located in the Seymour area of North Vancouver. This is one of North Vancouver's ONLY completely private personal training studio. Training in a private studio is a great alternative to a crowded gym. There's no waiting for equipment, no interruptions and no intimidations.
